	The TempO race organization methodology for beginners Havlová, Barbora ; Brtník, Tomáš (advisor) ; Půlpán, David (referee) Title: The TempO race organization methodology for beginners Objectives: The main goal of this work is to create a methodological manual for organizing the TempO race for beginners based on monitoring the work of organizers during the preparation and during the orientation race TempO Pod Parapletem. Another goal is to evaluate the feedback from the participants submitting suggestions for improvement based on the evaluation of the results of the questionnaire survey. Methods: The method of observation and the method of questioning were used in the thesis. The observation method was used to monitor the organizers in the preparation and implementation of the TempO Pod Parapletem race. Respondents' opinions on the organization and course of this race were obtained using the method of questioning. The individual steps of preparations and the implementation procedure were evaluated on the basis of the respondents' feedback. Results: The result of the organizers' observations was the compilation of a general procedure of partial organizational steps in the preparation of the TempO orienteering race. The results of the questionnaire pointed out shortcomings in the event and recommendations were made on their basis to improve the organization for potential organizers of events of a similar type....
